Our standard delivery includes processing, handling, delivery, assembly and removal of packaging material.
We are very particular and careful when it comes to delivering your furniture to your doorstep, for highrise homes that are above 5 storeys and are not accessible by lifts, there will be additional delivery charges payable upon delivery.
If, based on our assessment, the delivery process seemed hazardous (eg. obstruction of passageway etc) we have the right to cancel the delivery.
All our deliveries will be from Monday to Saturday (10am – 5pm). Hence no delivery on Sunday and Public Holidays
To ease your furniture delivery, our operation team will call you 2 days in advance to fix the delivery date and time.
If under unforeseen circumstances we could not deliver according to our agreed date, we will call you to reschedule the delivery again. If in anyway you are not available to receive the goods or unable to have a representative, let us know 24 hours before the delivery date otherwise you will be charged for a second delivery.
5. Non- contactable
On rare occasions you are non-contactable, we will continue to call you for 3 consecutive days and send a short message to remind you about your item. Within 7 days and still no answer, we will return the item back to the warehouse.
